Leaving Acadiana with low inventory (not enough homes to meet the current buying demand), pairing this situation up with record low-interest rates we are seeing multiple offer situations happening at every turn on so many of our listings throughout Acadiana.
It is safe to say that we are, without a shadow of a doubt, deep in a seller’s market.

At Keaty Real Estate we go all out with our digital & traditional marketing, and on media day for this listing, we were off on a full media blitz (Getting photos, videos, drone footage), and through all of this chaos…a showing happened.
