It is no secret that in Q2 of 2021 homes are flying off the market faster than they are getting listed. Leaving Acadiana with low inventory (not enough homes to meet the current buying demand), pairing this situation up with record low-interest rates we are seeing multiple offer situations happening at every turn on so many of our listings throughout Acadiana.

It is safe to say that we are, without a shadow of a doubt, deep in a seller’s market.

So when it comes to the beautiful 1005 Emancipation Road, we just weren’t fast enough!

At Keaty Real Estate we go all out with our digital & traditional marketing, and on media day for this listing, we were off on a full media blitz (Getting photos, videos, drone footage), and through all of this chaos…a showing happened.

Keaty Expert Advisor, Ali Tabor brought her buyers to take a peak at what Tony Cobarrubia’s seller’s had to offer.

Furthermore, our clients (the owners/sellers) were home with their 2 infant children. Keaty Expert Advisor, Tony Cobarrubia, was juggling a lot, to say the least.

That morning our clients, noticed all of the value we as a team provide for our marketplace.

That lovely coupled we mentioned, made an acceptable offer that day and has their home listed with us.

So, by the time we finished the video, this beautiful home is already under contract, and a new “media blitz” has been planned for our new clients that impressed amidst the chaos.
