Week 2 for April’s Lafayette Market Update is now HERE!

Is this the beginning of the End of a healthy Real Estate Market?

Lafayette Parish reported 6% fewer new listings entering the market in the 1st quarter of 2022 vs. 21. And March alone reported 5% fewer new listings entering the market compared to March of 21.  With Demand still strong and fewer new listings coming into the market, the supply is suffering.
